This week, it's Daniel, Jerry, and Alex tackling HTC U 11, OnePlus 5, and Google I/O, plus some surprises (and one bad joke) along the way. Stick around!
It's not an under-11 soccer team or a Nazi submarine, but a new phone. The HTC U 11 is coming soon, and while we don't know much about it, we do know that it will try to bridge the gap between the HTC 10, an underrated phone, and the U series that began earlier this year with the U Ultra and U Play.
The OnePlus 5 is probably going to be one of the most exciting releases of the year, but with component prices increasing rapidly, can OnePlus maintain its "affordable flagship" tagline?
And Google I/O is next week! The guys break down what to expect, and what they want, from Google's annual developer conference!

The Android Central duo of Daniel Bader and Jerry Hildenbrand needed some reinforcements this week to dive into the new BlackBerry KEYone, so we called CrackBerry Kevin and Bla1ze of the CrackBerry team and MrMobile himself, Michael Fisher, to help us talk it out!
Is the BlackBerry KEYone a phone that everyone should be excited about, or just hardcore BlackBerry fans? And how come it took the company so long to make a phone like this? Get the inside scoop on why a phone like the KEYone was delayed for so long!

This week, your hosts Daniel Bader, Jerry Hildenbrand and Andrew Martonik talk about what's new in the world of smartphones, and the regulators that influence the carriers we pay to get cellular service for those phones.
1. Andrew gives his thoughts on the Samsung Galaxy S8, and the team talk about whether the new phone is a foundational phone that has problems — more like the Galaxy S6 than the Galaxy S7.
2. The BlackBerry KEYone is coming soon, but who is this phone for, and should you care? Daniel and Jerry give their thoughts.
3. The FCC is moving to repeal Title II, removing specific clauses from so-called net neutrality mandates that protect consumers from having "fast lanes" imposed on the internet. This is a big deal.
4. AT&T launched a "5G Evolution" network this week, but it's more of the same — both in terms of technology (nothing new) and deceptive marketing (same old, same old).

It's here! Daniel, Florence, Michael Fisher (MrMobile), and special guest David Ruddock of Android Police have all reviewed the Galaxy S8 and S8+ and go in-depth about what's good and what's not so good.
Why did Samsung ship Bixby half-finished, and was the oft-criticized fingerprint sensor going to be somewhere else until a last-minute change forced Samsung's hand? And are the cameras better because they're more accurate, or in spite of it?
Join us as we answer these questions and more!

This week, Daniel is joined by Alex Dobie, Florence Ion and Jerry Hildenbrand to talk about the Galaxy S8, and whether some of the things that have been criticized about it will be fixed in the Galaxy Note 8 later this year. Will Samsung return the Note series to its specs-heavy glory, or choose to keep specs and features conservative after a rough 2016?
And the LG G6 is available this week, and it's better than we expected it to be! Does that matter when the Galaxy S8 is ready to be unboxed in under two weeks? Did LG do enough to hype it?
Finally, Comcast is launching its own wireless service called Xfinity Mobile. It's a mess of caveats and bloatware, but it also may be the best option for current Comcast customers, since it runs on Verizon's network.

This week, Daniel, Jerry and Russell are joined by Eric Richardson, an Android developer at WillowTree, to talk about Android O.
Android O is still very early — we don't even know its final name yet — but we do know that there are going to be a lot of important under-the-hood improvements that will make experiences better on phones, tablet and even Chromebooks!
Join us for a deep dive into everything we currently know about Android O!

This week, Daniel, Russell, Jerry and Andrew tell the tale of three phones, each with different prospects for the worldwide handset market.
The LG G6 is coming soon, and it's a known quantity. With three weeks between its released (April 7) and the Galaxy S8 (April 28), what does LG need in order to capitalize on that gap? And will giving away free Google Homes and big-screen TVs make a difference in the long run?
And then there's the Galaxy S8 itself, which has a lot going for it but the unknowns are still plentiful. From the removal of the famous front home button to the busy sensor panel above the Super AMOLED display, Samsung seems to be courting a fair amount of controversy — and the phone hasn't even been announced!
Finally, HTC's U Ultra is kind of DOA, but it's also an example of how HTC, even in its diminished state, never stops striving for that premium spot in the market.
Oh, and Russell needs a plumber. Anyone know one?

This week, we're taking a break from phones to talk about cutting the cord, and saving money in the process.
Phil Nickinson, former EIC of Android Central and recent recipient of award for Most Modern Dad, joins Daniel and Russell to chat about the current landscape of getting rid of cable, and what options are out there.
From the best streaming service — PS Vue, DirecTV Now, Sling and Tivo — to the best TVs, speakers, remotes and internet plans, this podcast covers it all.
